What you need before starting

  • A Microsoft 365 Business or Enterprise plan with Dynamics 365
  • Permission to grant app consent — or ask your IT admin

Delegated permissions only. The AI can only access CRM records your account has permission to view.

Step-by-step setup

  1. Generate a Connect Link. In your Msharti dashboard, go to Connectors → Dynamics 365 → Connect. Click Open in Browser.
  2. Log in with Microsoft. Sign in with your Microsoft 365 account. Review the permissions and click Accept.
  3. Confirm in dashboard. You will be redirected back to Msharti. The connector shows Connected.

Limits

  • Requires Microsoft 365 Business or Enterprise — the same org that has Dynamics 365 licences.
  • Write operations (create_lead, update_opportunity) are available on Business and Enterprise plans only.
  • Only accessible to users with CRM User or Sales roles in your Dynamics 365 environment.
