Is there a free trial or sign-up?

No self-serve sign-up. Start by booking an assessment.

Do we have to change AI tools?

Your team can continue using the approved assistants included in the pilot scope. Supported integrations are agreed during onboarding.

Can AI change our data without us knowing?

No. Writes need a person's approval and every action is logged.

Do you store our data?

Requests pass through the gateway. Your agreement and DPA define the fields processed, audit information retained, retention periods and return or deletion arrangements.

Does the assessment install anything?

No. You export data; msharti analyses it.

Do you have a list of connectors?

No. Connectors are built per client.

Where does it run?

Deployment is discussed on the assessment call.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is agreed per engagement.
