Approve or decline an agent action
When an agent wants to write or act, you get an approval request.
What the request shows
- Who asked, and the agent acting for them.
- The tool and the system.
- Exactly what will change.
- When the request expires.
Worked
Request update_loan_note · loans system
From w.kamau (credit officer) via assistant
Change Add note: "Customer agreed new repayment date"
Expires As set by the approval policy
[Approve] [Edit] [Decline]
Your choices
- Approve: the action runs as shown.
- Edit: change the details, then approve.
- Decline: nothing happens. Add a reason if you can.
If you do nothing
The request is declined when it expires.
Good practice
- Check the change, not just the requester.
- Decline anything you do not understand and ask the requester.
- If you get requests you should not, tell your administrator so routing can be fixed.
Every decision is written to the audit trail.
