What to expect: Assess > Pilot > Build > Run
msharti works in four stages. You decide at the end of each one whether to continue.
1. Assess
Assessment scope and delivery dates are agreed before work begins. You export the data; msharti analyses it read-only and gives you a scored report and a readout. See Run the Shadow-AI assessment.
2. Pilot
A time-boxed pilot focuses on one department, a small set of approved AI tools and read-only connectors. Duration, scope and success criteria are agreed before the pilot begins.
3. Build
msharti builds connectors for your priority systems, designs roles and approval rules with you, and adds write actions only where you approve them. Timelines are agreed for each engagement.
4. Run
msharti operates the access layer. Your team approves actions and reviews the audit log. Support hours and response times are set out in your service agreement.
What you provide
- A named sponsor and a risk owner.
- Access to role or group information from your directory.
- API or system documentation for anything to be connected.
- Time from approvers to agree approval rules.
Deployment options are discussed on the assessment call.
