Review the audit log
A regular look at the audit log shows how AI is being used and catches problems early.
How to get access
Your administrator asks msharti to grant access to named reviewers through the agreed review or export process.
What to look at
- Denied requests: repeated denials can mean a role is set too tight, or someone is trying to reach what they should not.
- Approvals: check approvers are the right people and are not approving everything without reading.
- Timeouts: many expired requests can mean approvers are overloaded.
- Unusual volume: a sudden rise from one user or agent.
Suggested rhythm
Agree a review schedule with your risk owner for the pilot and ongoing service. Revisit it when the scope or risk changes.
